I care about the people I help through probate because I’ve been there myself. When my father passed away, I learned firsthand how difficult it can be to manage the responsibilities of an estate while you’re also dealing with the loss of someone you love.

That experience has shaped the way I work with my probate clients. I know you may need time to process everything, and I don’t believe you should be rushed into decisions before you’re ready. My job is to help you understand your options, answer your questions, and take as much of the real estate workload off your shoulders as I can.

As a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), I have specialized training in the unique challenges that come with selling property through probate, and trusts. I understand that every estate is different, and I’ll guide you through the real estate process while working alongside the other professionals involved with the estate.

One client needed to empty her father’s home before it could be sold. I connected her with a trusted estate sale company that handled everything — selling what they could and taking care of what was left. It was one less major responsibility for her to deal with during an already difficult time.

Another family wanted to remodel their mother’s home before selling it. Rather than simply telling them to “fix it up,” I provided a list of improvements that I believed would add value and help them make smart decisions about where to spend their money.
